Professor Armando “Bong” Escobedo, began sharing his ideas and best practices in 2017 and decided to use his skills and experiences to assist others. As a way to leverage his skills and experiences and help his community, he designed a course that is tailored to busy individuals. This course, which he put into action, is focused on a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM), a Master in Management Major in Public Administration (MMPA), a Master in Business Administration (MBA), and a Master in Management Major in Real Estate Management (MMREM). 

In 2021, a cohort of 67 students graduated from Philippine Christian University, with 42 of them passing the Professional Regulation Commission licensure exam. Fast forward to September 2022, when 21 students took the appraisal exam, and 14 of them passed the licensure exam.

We are pleased to announce that 29 of our students successfully passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Board Exam at Professional Regulation Commission(PRC) last April 2023.
