Hi! I am Professor Bong Escobedo, and I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals in the dynamic field of real estate.
My passion for education and the industry is evident in my extensive experience. Since 2013, I have served as a Lecturer at the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), guiding students through the complexities of MBA and MMPA programs. Additionally, I hold a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management with a specialization in Real Estate Management, along with an MBA and MMREM degree. I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker, bringing valuable real-world expertise to the classroom.
This unique combination of academic rigor and practical knowledge allows me to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry. My goal is to equip them with the essential skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the intricacies of the market and achieve success.
At Escobedo Extension, we offer a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management program designed to prepare students for a variety of rewarding careers. I am Professor Janela Escobedo, Ph.D., and I am passionate about empowering students to excel in the dynamic field of real estate.
My academic journey reflects a deep commitment to the industry. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from San Beda University, followed by a Bachelor’s program in Real Estate Management from the very first batch at Escobedo Extension.
Furthering my knowledge, I pursued a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Management with a specialization in Real Estate Management, both from Escobedo Extension at Philippine Christian University (PCU). I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker, bringing valuable practical experience to the classroom.
My most recent achievement is the successful completion of my Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management with a major in Real Estate Management. This dedication to continuous learning allows me to provide students with the most up-to-date knowledge and insights.
