You can just call me Sir “Bong”. I became a Lecturer at the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), last 2013. I’ve handled MBA (Master in Business Administration) MMPA (Master in Public Administration) MMREM (Master in Business Management Major in Real Estate Management).
I am proud to say that last 2023, 29 of my students passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Board Exam. When it comes to Real Estate, the first thing that comes to mind is success.
For me having proper guidelines and education is crucial to attaining success. That’s why I created a program to assist my students to achieve their goals and aspirations.

“My name is Professor Janela, and I am one of the professors working under Escobedo – Extension at Philippine Christian University (PCU).
I have earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from San Beda University and also completed a Bachelor’s program in Real Estate Management from Escobedo – Extension 1st Batch.
I pursued a Master’s in Business Administration from Escobedo – Extension at Philippine Christian University (PCU).
The same institution eventually awarded me a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Real Estate Management, and I am currently a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Currently, I am working towards obtaining my Doctorate in Real Estate.
In my opinion, the significance of our accomplishments in life should not be measured solely based on their magnitude, but rather on the happiness and self-assurance they provide us.
I know it can be challenging to balance work and studies simultaneously. However, with proper time management and dedication, it is possible to make it work.
